2025 Annual General Meeting
The Holstein Australia 2025 AGM will be held at the Holstein Australia office, located at AgriBio, 5 Ring Road, Bundoora, VIC 3083 and streamed online on Thursday 20th November, commencing 2pm AEDT.
Details on how to register for and attend the AGM either in person or online have been sent to all members via email or post according to preference. Alternatively you can register for either option below.
To attend the 2025 AGM in person
If you are planning to attend in person please register by sending an email to governance@holstein.com.au by 5pm Friday 14th November, indicating if you have any dietary requirements. Lunch will be provided for in person attendees of the Holstein Australia and DataGene AGMs, being held on the same day at AgriBio.
To attend the 2025 AGM online
To attend the AGM online please complete the registration form at least 24 hours prior to the meeting start time. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email and link to access the meeting. It is essential that you register in advance to attend.

The Holstein Australia 2024/ 25 Annual Report will be added to the document list above on Friday 7th November.
Voting and Proxy Forms
If you intend to participate and vote but cannot attend on the day please complete and sign the Proxy Form and return to the Holstein Australia office at AgriBio, 5 Ring Road, Bundoora, VIC 3083 or via email to governance@holstein.com.au at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the AGM.
The deadline for receipt of Proxy Forms is 2pm AEDT Wednesday 19th November 2025. Any Proxy Form received after that time will not be valid for the scheduled meeting.
In order to vote at an AGM members are required to be financial at the day of the meeting. If you intend to vote either at the meeting or by proxy please make sure your account is within normal credit terms by close of business Tuesday 18th November.
